But any additional mix, everything looks delicious to me.
maybe this time I wanted to share these simple tips in boiling pasta and make it look appealing to eat.
  • Pasta its feels of springy when boiled until al dente, not over cooked and not crude so that was springy when bitten.
  • Boil the pasta in a lot of simmering water. The comparison with 2.5 liter of water to 250 gram of dry pasta. This method enables perfect and fluffy pasta does not stick together.
  • Wet pasta requiring 5 minutes of boiling, and 8-10 minutes for dried pasta. Lack of time is usually pasta will taste crude, if more pasta going soft and lose elasticity.
  • Add a little salt in boiling water for making of pasta taste savory and delicious.
  • To prevent falling when lifted from the pasta pot boiling, use a special spoon of seep pasta.
  • While hot, add a little olive oil, margarine or oil for the pasta does not stick together.
  • Mix the pasta with the sauce immediately as long as still hot. In this way, seasoning or sauce will be more pervasive and pasta does not stick together.
  • Serve immediately while warm, when the texture of pasta still looks so appetizing and does not become dry.
  • Store dried pasta in a sealed container and place in a cool, dry place. Dry pasta can last 6-12 months. For wet pasta should be stored in the refrigerator, wet pasta storage only lasts for 1 week in refrigerator.
